Whether it is for Farm Tour visitors, Highland House Farm Stay guests, or those purchasing Highland cattle to improve their own folds, all Shat Acres cattle are genetically docile, people oriented, and humanely raised for just this purpose.

Any Highland breeding stock we sell is AHCA registered, halter trained to lead, used to combing and human interaction. With the oldest registered Highland fold in the US, Shat Acres breeding has focused on docility, show quality champion genetics, good udders and feet, maternal instinct, longevity, and consistency for over fifty-eight years.
